中级会计职称怎样复习才能考过?

1、<a href="http://gxhqwx.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">会计职称</a>每年的合格率初级30%中级20%，中级职称考试有点难度，只要努力，学习方法得当，应该好考得，分会计事务、经济法、财务管理，事务方面，认真看书，吃透教材，学会总计和归纳，书就会越看越少。我举一个例子来说，现在会计制度，与国际接轨，自从公允价值出现后，债务重组，资产减值，长期股权投资等都应到公允价值，那债务重组来说，以前的债务重组收入资本公积，现在计入营业外收入，主要是鼓励母公司豁免上市子公司的负债，注入优良资金，是股市想着良性方向发展。根据营业外收入的定义你可以归纳计入营业外收入的项目：非货币性交易、债务重组、处理无形资产固定资产等等。 2、学会计较基本的是要掌握会计准则，理解会计准则，所有的准则都是为会计报表的使用者服务的，如银行，债权人公司管理层等等。举一例说明，公司一笔应收账款5000万元，已经估计可收回500万元，按照会计准则规定要提取坏账准备4500万元，你没有提取，假设你的应收账款总额为6000万元，由于你没有提取坏账准备，资产负债表资产虚增了4500万元，实际上只有1500万元，这样会误导使用者，别人以为你的流动资产（应收账款）非常多，足以偿还贷款、购货款等等，另外虚增利润4500万元（一般没有人愿意和亏损、临近亏损企业有经济往）来。 3、经济法要理解熟悉教材，考试的时候客观题60-70分，主观题也不需要用书上的原话解答，只要理解就可以了。 4、所有的会计政策和制度都是为报表的使用者服务的，例如提取减值准备，固定资产的减值准备不允许转回冲销，目的就是害怕企业计提秘密准备，操纵利润。在如资产负债表日后事项，合并报表长期投资、会计政策变更等等都是重点章节，在掌握教材的基础上，做一定量习题，通过考试是没有问题的。会计的重点章节每年都是不变的，关键看你能否掌握和理解。5、经济法需要理解记忆，客观题非常多，我考试的时候，经济法客观题75分，会计客观题45分，当时会计实务客观题我得了43分，可想而知，很容易就及格了，所以只要你把书看懂，理解教材，做一定量的题，及格是非常容易的。 6、财务管理公式较多，在熟悉教材的基础上要熟练掌握，并能准确记忆，否则，虽然你会推到公式，但考试的时候再推到一遍，浪费时间。会做的等于不会。 7、总之，三门课程都需要在熟悉教材的基础上做一定量的习题。        相信自己，就是较大的成功，<a href="http://gxhqwx.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">环球网校</a>祝你考试顺利！
