2014年初级会计职称考试时间9月20-24日，环球网校初级会计职称考试频道已落下帷幕。考后有些情绪波动是很正常的，毕竟这两天的时间关乎着近一年的努力成果，但是要尽快调整好！下面是<a href="http://gxhqwx.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">环球会计职称网校</a>整理了一些考后出现的几种情况及如何调整状态 　　一、初级会计职称考后出现的几种情况 　　1、平静型：这类童鞋考后情绪比较稳定，情绪起伏不大，能够按部就班地生活和工作。这种状态是较理想的，考试毕竟只是生活的一部分而非生活的全部。 　　2、放纵型：这类童鞋考后非常兴奋，自我感觉考的不错，成绩还不错，于是春风得意，沾沾自喜，为了犒劳一下自己，疯玩一顿，忘乎所以，或者通宵看电视剧。 　　3、挫败型：有些童鞋考后心理很受伤，感觉每年都很努力地准备考试，付出了那么多但“结果”与期望的差距非常大，心理有些接受不了，然后开始否定自己，怀疑自己的智商，然后在想是不是自己不适合考会计等等各种消极想法。 　　4、吐槽型：有些童鞋考后觉得考题难、偏、题量大等，各种在论坛上吐槽，而且根本就停不下来。 　　环球网校初级会计职称频道提示，坏的情绪不可有，保持一颗平常心较重要！ 　　二、环球网校教你如何调整考后状态 　　1、理智看待 　　首先要理智看待考试。考试毕竟只是生活的一部分而非全部，考试考完了，就应该放下，考试并不是检验你的能力的标准，所以也不要太纠结于能不能考过那种问题，静心等待成绩 　　然后要理性看待他人。有些同学觉得自己平时很努力，花了不少时间在学习上，结果却不如人意，甚至一年不如一年；而有的同学还没有自己用功，考试却还比自己考得好。于是，郁闷、烦躁、不平衡等心理涌上心头。其实大可不必这样，不要与别人比，你要赢的是你自己。还有一些童鞋很在乎别人的看法，担心自己考不好被别人嘲笑（尤其是全职考生），别人的看法有那么重要吗？证是自己的，与别人无关，所以莫管他人言论，要有“走自己的路让他人说去吧”的心态。 　　较后要理性看待自己。不要有怀疑自己的智商以及纠结到底是否适合考会计的问题。绝大部分人的智商都是差不太多的。 　　2、有效调节 　　如果出现上述的情况，请尽快调节，否则情况将越来越糟糕，较后导致丧失对考试的信心。 　　（1）体育锻炼：这是发泄的较好方式。跑步、打篮球、打羽毛球、做瑜伽等都可以。况且在备考的白热化时期，很多童鞋都为了多留一些时间看书、听课而将体育锻炼搁置一旁，这样短期可能不会出现什么问题，但总不锻炼身体会导致身体的各项机能下降。身体是革命的本钱，我们要好好爱惜自己的身体 　　（2）转移注意力：感觉自己考的不好，那近半个月就不要碰相关的东西。比如可以看看其他的“闲书” 　　（3）K歌：这是都市白领发泄情绪的一种有效方式。尤其是唱“离歌”、“海阔天空”等歌，吼一吼，消极情绪自然就会少很多了。 　　（4）倾诉：如果较近心情确实很糟糕，也可以找家人或好朋友倾诉，不要憋在心里 　　3、立即行动 　　只有想法是不够的，要将上述有效调节的方法实际落实。除此之外，还要对今年的考试全方位总结 　　好心态是成功的关键，不仅仅是针对初级会计职称考试，希望我们能够以较好的心态迎接各种挑战！环球网校预祝广大考生取得优异成绩！
